MarketingDash is a marketing dashboard application that allows users to connect their advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and view campaign performance data in a unified interface. The Service requires authentication through third-party platforms.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid Google or Meta account
  • Authorize our application to access your advertising data
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your connected accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MarketingDash and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKETINGDASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MarketingDash operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
